Every game has their rules posted in the first post of the game. Though sometimes it just says it in the topic of the game thread.

You make your character's first. The staff or admin will accept it and then you get to start roleplaying. I still have to put the plot up.

Your welcome! :] There should be two boards that say wolf and werewolf characters. There is a bio format you have to fill out. There is one in the werewolf and wolf. You copy the bio format and fill it out. Once it's done, The admin or staff will read it and then accept it.
