"Hmm, but before we ask them, we should probably see if there are other things here for us to find." Xan took one last look in the book of strange symbols hen continued his searched.

Blue nodded and looked threw the book with him. She didn't see any strange symbols yet, But she had a feeling there was.

Xan went to where she had found the books and looked through those. They all had similar symbols in them.

Blue still didn't see anything. What if there was something in the back outside? She ran out of the house to check the back. Blue looked around, But still found nothing.

Xan stopped and ran outside as he saw Blue dash out that way. What was wrong? Did something happen? Or did she simply have a thought? He slid to a halitosis behind her staring at the outside of the house.

Blue looked at the ground again. "There has to be a key out here." She said. She was sure there was because the front door did have a key hole, But why was the door open. "I think there was something bad that happened here." She said.

Xan nodded. He had thought that was the case in the first place. No one of any race just got up and left leaving all of their belongings; not even humans. He searched for this key, but knew not what a key really was, so was hesitant to say anything in fear that it would be of any use.

Blue looked around. She saw nothing either and she sat down thinking. The person must of took the key with them, But why. She wished she knew, But she didn't.

Xan sniffed around digging in upturned places. "What if it fell and is now buried?" He suggested.

Blue nodded. She looked around for a spot to look and she found one. She started to dig.

Blue kept on looking for it. She wasn't going to give up so she dug another hole. She found something shiny and grabbed it. She placed it on the ground to take a closer look. It was the key! "Xan! I found the key." She said to him as she kept on looking at the key.
Tom nodded when she said nothing. "Yes. I am 20 years old." He said, as he looked at her.
